""Program" is already running" error box on startup
Hi, XP Home SP2 All Updates I have a program call DeskPins. (A small free program that allows me to put pin a window to the top of other windows - quite handy) When Starting computer, I get and error pop up saying "DeskPins is already running" (a small rectangular box in middle of screen) It looks like a standard window box indicating that the program is already loaded and the same program is trying to start again. I uninstalled deskpins and remove all instances from the registry. Then I reinstalled. Still the same problem. Is there another location I should look for a startup program. In msconfig it is in startup and common startup (which looks normal - other programs are setup the same way) DeskPins works fine and I have it on another computer without any problems. Thanks, Duane
